Play Classic Vinyl Records, Cassette Tapes, CDs, or Listen to Steaming Services

Classic vinyl records, cassette tapes, CDs, even your favorite streaming services – you can enjoy all the music you love on the versatile Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center.

It features a timeless retro wood design, but it’s loaded with all the bells and whistles of modern music listening technology.

The Belmont model is a 3-speed turntable with auto stop allowing you to play vinyl records, from 33 1/3 to 45 and 78 RPM. It also features a slot-in cassette player, CD player, and FM radio tuner. The built-in stereo speakers provide an enjoyable playback experience with no other connections necessary. Plug this unit into the wall, and you are ready to start enjoying all the outstanding features.

Modern technology allows this all-in-one music center to offer a USB playback and recording functionality, so you can record your favorite records, cassettes, or CDs directly to a USB drive.

Although the built-in speakers provide good quality sound, you can also listen to your favorite radio stations or wireless music streaming through the Bluetooth functionality with external speakers up to 33 feet away.

Wonderfully Easy, Quick Set Up

I’m not a techie, but I figured out how to start using the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center. I just took it out of the box.

Accessories that come with the Belmont VWRP-3600 8-in-1 turntable music center are the power adaptor, aux-in cable, 3 record stylus’, 45 RPM adaptor, user manual, quick setup guide, and a Microfiber cleaning cloth.

Quick set up instructions:

>> Place the unit on a flat and level surface, a stable location that is free from vibration.

>> Plug the power adaptor into an electrical outlet and the other end into the port at the back of the unit.

>> Extend the FM antenna.

>> Turn on the unit by rotating the Volume/Power knob clockwise until you hear a ‘click’ sound.

We also hooked up our Bluetooth speakers to the unit and started playing old vinyl records right away. The easy set-up was much appreciated.

Sound Quality

This player is great to listen to vintage vinyl records, CDs, and cassette tapes. Radio tuning takes a bit of time to program the local radio stations, but with some minor adjusting of the antenna and the tuner, you’ll eventually find a radio station that comes in clearly.

The sound quality of this all-in-1 record player, CD player, and cassette tape player is very good, crisp, and clear. To be truthful, the sound is so much better than I expected. Like we did, to enhance the sound even further, pair the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center with any Bluetooth speaker.

Classic Retro Design Makes it a Decorative Piece When Not in Use

You’ll be impressed by the classic design and how nice it looks when the lid is closed. It’s such a fun conversation piece that immediately attracts the attention of guests. The retro design takes everyone back to the days of record players yet offers modern technology.

Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center available colors:

:: Cherry
:: Espresso
:: Graphite
:: Mahogany
:: White

We selected the classic white wood to match with our home’s decor, but it looks handsomely nostalgic in all the other colors as well. The compact size (17.5″ W x 12.6″ D x 8.75 H”) makes it ideal for a bedroom, living area, office, study, library, and small apartments. Of course, we always keep our Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center displayed in our living room, so it reminds us to play our favorite music daily.

Is the “Nostalgia” Aspect Worth the Cost?

YES! The cost on QVC is currently $121.00 with free shipping and handling. I personally think that is a great value to listen to music, especially vinyl records.

If you search online, other comparable models are more than double the price and they are not as handsome as the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center.

A Few Minor Cons

When using the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center, I continually have to read the instructions to decipher the control panel because the buttons on the control panel are hard to see. You may think I’m exaggerating but I’ve even grabbed my magnifying glass to enlarge the type on the buttons.

Also, the music center does not have a headphone outlet so you can’t listen privately.  The power cord is a little short but not a deal breaker. The unit itself may be considered heavy for some individuals, weighing just under 14 pounds. The product includes three extra needles, so that may indicate that the needles are delicate and breakable. But, so far so good with our needles.

And you can’t stack 45s on top of one another for continuous playing like we did on our record player of yesteryear. That is not an issue, just a flashback observation.

I Have Only One Regret in Regard to the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center

Why, oh why, did I donate all of my vinyl records, cassette tapes, and compact discs many years ago? I especially wish I still had my old vinyl collection to play on the Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center.

But it is great fun to peruse boxes and boxes of vinyl records at flea markets, garage sales, Goodwill, and vintage stores. And, while I’m probably embarking on this treasure hunt looking to find my old favorites, it’s been a blast to the past seeing the old-style record album covers, not to mention the younger versions of so many aged musicians.

Many of our friends and family loved our Victor Belmont 8-in-1 Music Center so much that they ordered this same unit for themselves. It’s the best gift I bought myself this year.
