Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System

Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System

Make a Smoothie and Take it On the Go!

The Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System (SKU NB50550) is a personal-size blender, food processor, and coffee/spice grinder all in one handy device.

That makes this one small kitchen appliance perfect for anyone who enjoys drinking a fruit smoothie, protein shake, or green juice on a daily basis. It can liquefy fruits and vegetables without having to take out the full size, standard blender from the kitchen cabinet. With this new appliance, you can blend your drink and then take the to-go cup with you.

As for the cost, I ordered mine for $149.99 on the Nutribullet® website. However, if you calculate the cost of buying a smoothie a few times per week at the local smoothie store, this item will pay for itself within two months.

Technology Has Come a Long Way from the Nutribullet’s Predecessor, the “Magic Bullet”

If you’re like me, you had a “Magic Bullet” many years ago, a personal blender with a distinctive upside-down design that took every ounce of hand strength to operate. You used it daily until one day it got pushed to the back of a kitchen cabinet, never to be seen again.

The Nutribullet® blender is a descendant of the Magic Bullet. But this new, upgraded model delivers the latest powerful mixing technology with multiple uses in one space-saving design.

Here’s what you get in the box:

:: 1200W Motor Base
:: Rapid Extractor Blade made with Titanium-coated stainless steel
:: 32oz Blending Cup
:: 24oz Double Walled Blending Cup
:: Two To-Go Lids
:: Coffee & Spice Grinder Flat Blade
:: Coffee & Spice Grinder Cup
:: 2-Cup Food Processor Bowl
:: Reversible Slice/Shred Disc
:: Chopping Blade
:: Recipe Guide

After unboxing, simply wash the cups, lids, and blades and you’re ready to get started. Read the instructions prior to use and check out the great recipes in the recipe guide.

What Makes the NutriBullet Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System a Winner?

The all-new NutriBullet Ultra Plus+ operates on a single signature NutriBullet base. If you have an older NutriBullet, you’ll appreciate the suction cup bottom that holds it in place. Select your use and place either the personal blender cup, food processor, or grinder attachment on the base.

With the older NutriBullet models, you had to twist and press down on the attachments to turn on the motor. The motor base on the new model is different because once you lock the blending cup into place, you simply select one of two buttons. One button runs the machine on an automated blending cycle for 30 seconds. The second button provides a pulse blend while the button is held down for hands-on control.

Make Smoothies at Home With the Personal Blender Attachment

I was quite impressed by how powerful the Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System is whether blending a smoothie from strawberries, bananas, and yogurt or making a protein shake from chocolate protein powder and almond milk. The 32-ounce Tritan™ Renew blending cup is the perfect size to hold my smoothie and when I put on the to-go shaker style lid, I can take it with me. And since you get two blending cups, you can make double the smoothies and save some for later.

The Food Processor is Great For Adding Vegetables to Your Meals

The Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System chops, slices, and shreds so many different foods. With some creative ingredients, you can make dips, spreads, sauces, and dressings. My favorite is chopping tomatoes, peppers, and onions to make salsa. In addition to salsa, we also love to make fresh, homemade hummus and pesto sauce.

We Use the Coffee and Spice Grinder More Than Expected

While it’s easy to buy already-ground coffee at the store, it’s been a real treat to buy a bag of our favorite coffee beans and grind them with our Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System. There is nothing as fresh as grinding coffee beans at home. It really makes a difference in the flavor and potency of the coffee.

New Sleek Design is Appreciated

This is not just a standard, industrial-looking blender. The Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System features a sleek, streamlined profile that takes up minimal space on the kitchen counter. It seems a bit quieter than a standard blender, but it still makes noise. The suction cups at the bottom of the motor base hold it firmly in place on my granite countertop. And the stainless steel blends in so well with all of our stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Easy to Clean

We appreciate the fact that the blending cups are dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. We simply disassemble all parts and placed them on the top rack of the dishwasher. However, we’ve been using our Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System so often that we find it quicker to just handwash the blending cups so we can make more smoothies.

Prepare to be Obsessed with the Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System

Since purchasing our Nutribullet® Ultra Plus+ Compact Kitchen System, we’ve been incorporating many more fruits and vegetables into our smoothies and meals. We love how sleek it looks on our kitchen counter and the motor base takes up very little room. It’s a powerful machine and we hardly use our full-size blender anymore. I like that I can click the blend button to make my morning smoothie without holding the button down as had to be done when operating the old Magic Bullet model. With this handy 3-in-1 appliance, you can easily create your own fruit smoothies, salsa, and sauces at home with your own fresh ingredients.
