The Homedics SaunaZen Portable Steam Sauna has been an amazing addition to our wellness routine. There is something special about using heat therapy to relax and feel better. Set up was a breeze and the sauna heats up quickly. I can only describe it as a gentle heat steam. When I enter the sauna, I feel immediate relief.
